The Pakistan Markazi Muslim League (PMML), a political entity of Hafiz Mohammad Saeed, has announced that it will field candidates for all seats in the upcoming general elections in Pakistan. The PMML had previously participated as the Milli Muslim League, the political face of the banned Jamaat-ud-Dawa, in the 2018 general election but failed to show any promising results from any constituency. The PMML emerged after the Milli League was banned by the government¹.

In a new development, the Pakistan media reported that Hafiz’s son, Talha Saeed, is also running in the upcoming elections. He is contesting from the National Assembly’s constituency NA-127, Lahore.
