The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the date sheets for Class 10 and 12 board exams 2024. Find out the exam dates, timings, and other important information.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the date sheets or timetables for Class 10 and 12 board exams 2024 on its official website. The exams will begin from February 15, 2024 and will end on March 27, 2024 for Class 10 and April 4, 2024 for Class 12.
The date sheets contain the subject codes, exam dates, timings, and duration of each paper. The exams will start at 10:30 AM (IST) and will vary in duration depending on the subject. The date sheets also mention the special provisions for the students participating in national/international sports events and international Olympiads.
The CBSE has taken care of the following issues while preparing the date sheets:
– Sufficient gap has been given in between two subjects generally offered by a student in both the classes.
– Competitive examinations, including JEE Main have been taken care of while preparing the date sheet for Class 12.
– These date sheets have been prepared by avoiding nearly 40,000 subjects combinations to ensure that no two subjects’ examinations of a student fall on the same date.
– Date-sheet is issued much in advance so that students can prepare well for their examinations.
The CBSE has also issued various circulars regarding the submission of registration data, examination forms, practical exams, project assessments, internal assessments, and other details for both regular and private candidates on its website [^6^][6]. The students are advised to check the website regularly for any updates and clarifications.
The CBSE wishes good luck to all the students appearing in Class 10 and Class 12 examinations, 2024.
